The Problem

‘Our business was suffering due to really poor support from our previous IT management provider. We also had a number of other vendors looking after our phones, Internet, software and hardware. This meant that when something went wrong, we were left trying to work out where the problem was and who needed to fix it. It was time consuming, and the down-time it created was costly.

The Solution

Integr8IT had recently helped us transition from Telstra Cloud to IBM Soft Layer and we’d been really impressed by the quality of service and support they provided. Our business is responsible for some very sensitive data and the security of that data is paramount. Integr8IT helped us work through all the privacy and security considerations and implement a solution that our customers are confident in and can rely upon.

The level of service they provided during this time was exceptional and gave us a taste of what we could be getting, so we decided to put our IT Management and Support services out to tender. Their proposal showed that they understood our business and what we really needed from an IT provider and would work effectively with our team. So, we engaged them to look after all of our IT and manage our other vendors.

 

Now, whenever there is any sort of issue we just call Integr8IT and they sort it out for us.

The Result

With Integr8IT we can now focus on the stuff that we’re good at. They keep everything up and running as smoothly as it can, which means we can get on with doing our jobs rather than dealing with IT headaches. We have less down-time, better performance and much, much better service and support. But they’re also always proactively looking for ways to help us improve and scanning the market for new technology that can help us stay at the forefront of what we do.
