The Problem

‘We first started working with Integr8IT about four years ago when we were setting up our business. We knew that we needed an IT system that would allow our people to work from anywhere at anytime so that our business could be proactive, progressive and competitive. And, we knew that we needed to work with an IT company that would provide us with high quality, on going service and support.

The Solution

Integr8IT designed and implemented a Citrix based solution for the entire Intercare Training Solutions group. We have offices in Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales and this setup allows our people to access everything through the cloud, from anywhere at anytime. The service and support Integr8IT provides is second to none. If we need a new user setup, we simply email and gets done. If there is a problem we just call and it’s usually solved there and then.

The Result

The IT system and the service and support we get from Integr8IT allows us to be more flexible in the way we work and ultimately more productive. I can easily access any of the information I need, from anywhere at anytime. The team at Integr8IT are great to work with. We have regular contact with the senior people and they keep our systems up and running smoothly 365 days a year.’
